About Registration
As soon as an abstract is accepted, the author will receive an email notification, prompting him/her to proceed with conference registration.

To ensure paper publication, authors must register before April the 2th.
The student inscriptions will require the presentation of an official certificate of studentship or an equivalent document.
One author registration will guarantee publication of two papers. Each additional accepted paper, with the same registration, requires the additional payment of 50 € per paper.
All participants will be entitled to:
- Access to all workshop sessions
- Access to all tutorials
- Workshop kit
- One Gala Dinner Ticket
- Daily Lunches Tickets
Cancellation
Any cancellation of registration before 26 April 2027 will be 100% refunded. Cancellations between 26 April and 10 May will be penalised with 50 euros. Cancellations after 10 May will not be refunded. In case of cancellation, the user must request cancellation from their personal profile or by contacting info@martech-workshop.org directly.
Proceedings and Publication
All accepted abstracts will be published in the official MARTECH Book of Abstracts (ISBN), available electronically through the MARTECH website.
Selected full papers presented at MARTECH are published in Instrumentation Viewpoint, the official MARTECH proceedings journal, hosted by Revistes UPC (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya).
Each published paper benefits from:.
- Individual DOI assigned to every published article
- Publication in Instrumentation Viewpoint via Revistes UPC
- Long-term preservation in the UPCommons institutional repository
- Open Access distribution under a Creative Commons (CC BY-NC-ND) licence
This publication workflow improves the visibility, discoverability, citability, traceability and long-term preservation of all MARTECH contributions.
Important: Abstracts will only be included in the Book of Abstracts if at least one author has completed the conference registration.

OPEN ACCESS POLICY
MARTECH supports Open Access dissemination of scientific knowledge. Published papers are made openly available through Instrumentation Viewpoint, archived in Revistes UPC and UPCommons, and distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–NoDerivatives (CC BY-NC-ND) licence.
Authors retain the copyright of their work while granting MARTECH a non-exclusive licence to publish and disseminate the article.
